Why No One Can Change Your Destiny

The Lord is my inheritance and my cup. You are the one who determines my destiny. (Psalm 16:5 GW)
Many people pray and fast to prevent someone from changing their fate. But today’s Bible passage assures us that God, the Mighty Almighty, determines our fate. That means we cannot lose it, for His determination is unshakable.
What is destiny?
It can be defined as an event that must happen to someone in the future. It can be called fate. It’s something the Lord has planned for the individuals involved. For example, God predetermined Jesus to save the world and Moses to deliver the Israelites from Egypt.
Why You Don’t Need To Pray To fulfil Your Destiny
Everyone has a destiny and must fulfil it because it is an event that must happen. If an event must not occur, it’s not fate. If it’s fate, it must occur.
Again, today’s verse reveals that God determines our fate. Since God is omnipotent, no one can stop any fate He determines. If God decides that a person will rule their country, no one can prevent it from happening. God has omnipotent power and gets whatever He wants. Also, after determining our fate, God guides us to ensure we fulfil them.
So, praying to fulfil your fate is a total waste of time. You must fulfil your destiny! While praying for guidance and strength is vital, it’s also essential to understand that God’s plan for you will always come to pass.
Conclusion
Your understanding of destiny’s unchangeable nature will reassure you of God’s unwavering plan for your life and enlighten you that you will indeed have whatever God has prepared for you. Therefore, believe and become more confident and hopeful, knowing you must fulfil your destiny.
